ABOUT THE STUDIO
Space Anfractuous is a design studio located in New Delhi, India. The studio is run independently by Sovona Ghatak. After the wonderful response from amazing people, she decided to bring her paintings to the online store. Sovona is a licensed architect (Council of Architecture, India) practicing in New Delhi, India. Her regular updates can be seen on her Instagram handle, blog, and Facebook.
The studio appreciates your messages, queries, and your thoughts, every single one of them helps the studio to grow. If you have any concerns and complaints contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

This website is operated by Sovona Ghatak. The materials on the website www.spaceanfractuous.com subject to the following terms and conditions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “Sovona Ghatak”, “Studio Space Anfractuous” or “Space Anfractuous”. No "change of mind" refund or returns as each product is custom made to order.
No returns or refunds unless substantial evidence of damage due to shipping is provided. We reserve the right to reject your request for a refund or return if it is not clear whether Space Anfractuous was at fault.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Tracking details will be sent to the customer via email, the moment item gets shipped.

The shipping time varies depending on the customer’s location. Although, the studio tries to get the items shipped in 3-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 15-20 days for international orders. For custom orders that require super-fast deliveries, the studio charges extra on to the shipping charges depending on the situation.

In cases where the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may exceed the above mentioned estimated time and the shipping time estimated in the cart or shipping section.

The studio only makes use of reliable courier companies like FED-EX, USPS, DTDC, UPS, DHL, etc to ensure safe and sound deliveries. Space Anfractuous is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Companies or on account of any factors beyond the control of Space Anfractuous Studio. The studio strives to go the distance to ensure timely deliveries.
SECTION 8 - RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE

“RETURN TO SENDER” IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please follow the tracking info sent to you and collect your parcel swiftly. If the customer is not available to receive the parcel, the product is returned back and the studio has to pay for that process. Please consider that Space Anfractuous is currently a small studio and such costs hamper the studio. In the case of re-shipment, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipment fee for the product.

If your product happens to be damaged during transit, please contact us at studio@spaceanfractuousl.com within 24 hours of the delivery with photo evidence. We will analyze and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.

The complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION

Please mail us at studio@spaceanfractuous.com for a cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

The order can be canceled only if it has not been shipped from the studio.

No cancellation application for customized products once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of the studio for delivery. Once shipped. The studio will not consider cancellation requests.

If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.

Refund for the canceled order:

If the payment was done by credit/debit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded to your credit/debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Usually, refunds are processed between 7-12 days.

Please note that the studio depends on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email us at studio@spaceanfractuous.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
SECTION 12 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
