The Space Anfractuous paintings celebrate the notion of infinity and immensity that resides in every being. The series of paintings are open to different interpretations - the more, the better. Sometimes, a single sentence can be a turning point in our lives. “Drawings can be phenomenological” – this single idea, led Sovona to set her journey of explorations through drawing and painting.

The Space Anfractuous paintings are an extended version of the ‘Soliloquies’ series; they reflect the conversations that the artist has with herself. Each painting is thoughtfully curated and is inhabited by several layers of meanings and strings of thoughts and dreams. So when you order one, it’s not just colors and curves on a piece of paper, but it’s a story, perhaps a novel of ineffable emotions, thoughts, and expressions.

The paintings are an extended version of the artist, more like portraits of her mindscapes. They are made at Sovona’s studio – a small studio space by a viewless window. They are painted in the most traditional way, absolutely freehand brush strokes. The choice of weapon for these paintings is just brushes and colors. They are raw, honest, and bold.

• All Space Anfractuous paintings are printed on the authentic Hahnemühle Matt Fine Art Textured - Museum Etching 350 gsm paper. This museum-grade paper provides fantastic image sharpness and goes well with watercolors. Its unique granular texture makes it ideal for printing detailed artworks.
• The print is designed to meet galleries and museums' longevity requirements. They are certified to avoid paper degradation.
• All Anfractuous large prints are a limited edition of a total 30 prints only. They all are signed, numbered, and come along with a Certificate of Authenticity. Small prints (8”x10”, 12”x16”) are open edition and they also are signed, numbered but they do not come along with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Framing options are available only on demand. It takes up to 1 week for the print to go through the framing process to prevent future fogging of glass. The framed print will be shipped safely in a heavy duty honeycomb cardboard packaging.

• Tracking details will be sent to the customer via email, the moment item gets shipped.
• The shipping time vary depending on the customer’s location. Although, the studio tries to get the items shipped in 3-10 business days. Limited by a time frame? • “RETURN TO SENDER” IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please follow the tracking info sent to you and collect your parcel swiftly. If the customer is not available to receive the parcel, the product is returned back and the studio has to pay for that process. Please consider that Space Anfractuous is currently a small studio and such costs hampers the studio. In case of re-shipment, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipment fee for the product.
• Custom print and frame orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically to the customer’s demand and are not the part of the studio’s general stock.
• If your product happens to be damaged during transit, please contact us at studio@spaceanfractuous.com within 24 hours of the delivery with a photo evidence.

India: No import taxes
